For my friends in USA…

Upper body power workng with the Palla Madica. 3kg. with 2004 Olympic Champion Felix Sanchez who will be staying with me and training together until the IAAF World Championships 15 – 22 August 2009 in Berlin.

We motivate each other…and that’s important for improvement mentally and physically.

Here I am worling with the Junp Rope at High speed….Legs so fast it blurs the camera………….

    My name is Jim Riggio and I currently work with Italo-Americano newspaper, the Italian newspaper of California.
    I am an Italian-American. My Italian is quite good, but obviously not as good as my English.
    Anyway, I was wondering if perhaps I could interview you through e-mail or Facebook and write a story about you, so the general public here that doesn’t already know you, can get to know you.
    Our newspaper is basically and informative newspaper (so don’t worry.. I won’t ask any tough questions).. Being that you were born in Los Angeles and our newspaper is based in a section of Los Angeles, it makes total sense to do a story on you.
